This Toronto-based chocolate shop is owned and operated by chef and chocolatier, Brandon Olsen, and artist Sarah Keenlyside, who both share a love for food and art.  Together they’ve created some incredibly stunning confections that come in a variety of enticing flavours.

Each chocolate is a mini work-of-art infused with creative flavours that will make you want to eat the entire box in one sitting.  Flavours such as Orange Blossom Honey, Cherry Vanilla, Raspberry Rose Fennel and Yuzu Sake are just a few of the unique bonbons in the CXBO collection.

Orders are available online or you can pop into their store located at 1132 College Street to pick up a box for your Valentine.
