Dixon Hall Neighbourhood Services hosted an incredibly successful Dixonlicious 2016 on March 30th at Daniels Spectrum in Toronto. The event featured many, restaurants, chefs, hotels and caterers who all took part in raising funds to help serve thousands of nutritious meals to those in need.
The host of the evening was Rosey Edeh from Global News and music was provided by The Matt Morgan Trio.
This was my first year attending Dixonlicious and I was really impressed with how organized the event was and how friendly and helpful the volunteer staff were. The venue was set-up fluently, with enough space for guests to walk around to the food and drink booths as well as mingle with others. A few members of Dixon Hall spoke about the charitable organization and acknowledged the generosity and support of the guests in attendance.
The food and drink at the event was a prominent highlight featuring some of the best restaurants in Toronto's east end.
