ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to start off the new year! One of my favorite healthy foods is fresh fruits and veggies. I love adding them to pretty much everything, and this year, I am trying my best to eat more and stay away from the sweets. :)

I am becoming a huge fan of kale. Loaded with vitamins and it's very versatile; one of my favorite applications is to use it in lasagne.
