Hello Foodies!

I am starting off 2013 by doing a little giveaway! I've been receiving some fantastic health food product samples and I’d like to share the wealth.  My first giveaway consists of some products to help you start off the New Year feeling good. The prize consists of:

- 1 bottle of Organic Coco Libre Coconut Water +Chia in Cherry Apple flavour
- 2 Packets of Bakery On Main gluten-free instant oatmeal
- 2 packets of Sally’s Hot Cereal (chai and dark chocolate flavour)

  7. What a great way to start off the new year! One of my favorite healthy foods is fresh fruits and veggies. I love adding them to pretty much everything, and this year, I am trying my best to eat more and stay away from the sweets. :)

  8. I'm also in love with chia seeds. They're just awesome, and so packed full of energy! Chia pudding or chia drinks, it's all good. :)

  11. I am becoming a huge fan of kale. Loaded with vitamins and it's very versatile; one of my favorite applications is to use it in lasagne.

  12. Right now i love my homemade flax seed/sunflower seed crackers! Lots of fiber, protein and omegas in a crispy texture
