Joshi Detox Day 6.

I WANT TO EAT NORMAL FOOD.  I'm dying for a grilled cheese sandwich and pickles and popcorn.  I am some how not caving in just yet, but my birthday is this Friday so that might be a breaking point.  How do I turn down alcohol on my BIRTHDAY? I have to think of a game plan.

Meal Plan for Today.

Breakfast: lemon and water, green tea, corn flake cereal with almond milk and a banana
Lunch: brown rice spaghetti tossed with olive oil, garlic and spinach
Snack: rice crackers and hummus
Dinner: grilled salmon, bbq chicken, brown rice and beans, asparagus
Snack: kale chips
Dessert: brown rice tortilla spread with almond butter, banana slices, honey, sliced almonds and cinnamon.  Wrap it up and heat in the pan for a few minutes. SO GOOD.

I think my calorie intake for the day was pretty high :/
Things I miss: LOTS. The stuff I mentioned above PLUS peanut butter, blueberries, burgers, cupcakes, sweet potato fries, chicken pot pie, pizza.
