Joshi Detox Day 14.
Monday, September 19, 2011I feel like this detox is taking forever to end. Even my friends at work are getting sick of it and they also ended up cheating on the weekend. I was planning on being good today but of course there was birthday cake at work so we all had a small piece. The one thing I have been sticking to is the lemon and water and my gluten-free rice cereal with almond milk! I've also decided I really don't like greek yogurt, I'm going to stick with just regular plain 2% yogurt mixed with berries and granola (starting next week).
Meal Plan for the Day.
Breakfast: rice crisp cereal with almond milk
Snack: banana
Lunch: chicken shawarma with salad and brown rice with lentils
Snack: piece of chocolate cake
Dinner: basmati rice with chicken curry
Things I Miss: FRUIT
