Joshi Detox Day 14.Monday, September 19, 2011
I feel like this detox is taking forever to end. Even my friends at work are getting sick of it and they also ended up cheating on the weekend. I was planning on being good today but of course there was birthday cake at work so we all had a small piece. The one thing I have been sticking to is the lemon and water and my gluten-free rice cereal with almond milk! I've also decided I really don't like greek yogurt, I'm going to stick with just regular plain 2% yogurt mixed with berries and granola (starting next week).
Meal Plan for the Day.
Breakfast: rice crisp cereal with almond milk
Lunch: chicken shawarma with salad and brown rice with lentils
Snack: piece of chocolate cake
Dinner: basmati rice with chicken curry
Things I Miss: FRUIT
