Joshi Detox Day 11.
Friday, September 16, 2011Day 11 and my birthday! I only cheated a tiny bit by eating a baby cupcake the size of a walnut and I took the icing off. Tonight and the rest of the weekend will be the major challenge!
Meal Plan for the Day.
Breakfast: gluten-free corn flakes with almonds and almond milk
Snack: Mary's organic crackers
Lunch: quinoa salad, kale salad with edamame and chicken
Snack: baby cupcake
Dinner: Italian restaurant, going with the chicken or the salmon.
