The village at Blue Mountain has some surprisingly good Canadian eats.

Montreal smoked meat on marble-rye bread, topped with swiss cheese and sauerkraut.

BeaverTails, a Canadian-based chain of pastry stands.  Fried dough pastries topped with all sorts of chocolate, candy and fruit toppings.  My favourite is the vanilla spread with chocolate drizzle and copious amounts of skor!!
